Service Delivery Manager Southern Europe | Remote

The Role
• Serve as the primary contact for all customer requests related to aftermarket activities
• Support Service activities from a back-office perspective, ensuring high standards of service delivery
• Prioritize and track open cases to meet response and resolution times
• Coordinate appointments with customers and dispatch Field Service Engineers (FSEs)
• Work with the service sales team to generate potential orders for service products
• Identify and implement improvement opportunities to optimize processes and sustain standard work
What You'll Need
• Degree with a focus on Business Administration
• Several years of professional experience in customer service, customer support, or back-office operations
• Experience in people management
• Fluent English and Italian (for candidates based in Italy); advanced French is a plus
• Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems; SAP and SFDC experience is a plus
• Strong planning and organizational skills with a high level of decision-making ability
