Job Title: HR Operational Reporting AnalystLocation: Remote role with a preference for Central, Mountain, or West Coast time zonesDuration: 12 Months ContractTop Skills:
• Workday (experience in building reports in Workday)
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel (formulas like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, matching, deduplication, and pivot tables)
• Stakeholder Management (Flexibility and adaptability to work with different stakeholders and teams. Work with productivity engineering team to create new calculated fields when necessary).
Responsibilities include:
• Answering cases in ServiceNow, pulling and modifying pre-existing reports, and returning data to requesters. High volume of cases, typically handling around six at a time.
• Develop an understanding of report functionality within third-party HR systems (Workday, SmartRecruiters)
• Support ad-hoc operational data report requests
• Execute weekly data audits in support of SOX controls governing workforce data processes
• Meet established support Service Level Agreements for operational report requests
• Create documentation and standard operating procedures for reporting and data audits
• Partner with Legal and HR Governance in support of company’s data privacy and protection policies
Basic qualifications:
• Customer service experience is important.
• 1+ years of experience with MSFT Excel (pivot tables, Vlookups, etc.) Basic to intermediate skills for report manipulation.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service-oriented role, consulting, finance, HR operations, Business Intelligence or equivalent
• Experience handling large datasets
• WorkDay-1-2 years of experience is sufficient; 3-5 years is ideal.
• xfn with HR governance team and other stakeholders for approvals and information.
Preferred qualifications:
• ServiceNow, (SmartRecruiters)
• Experience with case management systems is beneficial.
• Proactive, organized, and detail oriented; able to ensure rigor and accuracy while meeting deadlines
• Experience developing and defining business process and standard operating procedures
Education:
- BA/BS degree is preferred.
