Role Description
This is a contract based remote role titled "Customer Success Associate at Hacked.com". You will be responsible for day-to-day sales & support activities like:
- Inbound assessment calls (15 min via Zoom)
- Outbound calls to potential clients (leads)
- Responding to inbound emails
- Responding to inbound calls
- Outreach to potential partners
Qualifications
- Strong customer support skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to provide high levels of customer satisfaction
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Technical support experience
- Cybersecurity background
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
Minimum Work Hours: 30 hours per week.Work schedule: You can decide yourself when you want to work as long as you have at least 5 consecutive work days per week with a minimum of 3 hours per day. We would also like you to cover a few hours every other weekend at 1.5x your hourly rate.
Two weeks of paid training followed by a one-month probation period.
