About the Role

As a Medical Cannabis Prescriber at Greenease, you’ll play a key role in evaluating patients for medicinal cannabis treatment eligibility, prescribing appropriate therapies, managing renewals, and educating patients on the safe and effective use of medicinal cannabis. Our administrative team assists in screening patients, allowing you to focus on patient care. You’ll also collaborate closely with our Clinical Pharmacists and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.

Who You Are

- Licensed: You’re an AHPRA-registered doctor with an interest in Medicinal Cannabis. All skill levels welcomed as long you have completed intern requirement and hold a general registration.

- Compliance-Oriented: Comfortable with regulatory requirements, including Schedule 8 medication guidelines.

- Knowledgeable: Strong understanding or willingness to learn of the endocannabinoid system, cannabis pharmacology, and the latest medical research.

- Excellent Communicator: You have strong interpersonal skills and are proactive about staying in touch with our pharmacy team.

- Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable working remotely, using digital tools, and collaborating across teams.

Requirements

- Work Authorization: Must be based in Australia with full work authorization.

- Experience: Background in medicinal cannabis preferred, but not required if you’re committed to obtaining AP status.

Pay: $150.00 – $300.00 per hour
