The Company is expanding in our territories and we are in immediate need of dedicated Benefits Representatives with ambitious goals. - Help customers with their coverage
- Answer customer questions regarding their coverage
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Regularly review these agreements in an effort to develop a more cost-effective plan
- Help clients choose insurance policies that fit their unique needs
- Keep organized and ensure a smooth experience for each client
- Follow up with clients regularly to maintain satisfaction and address questions
- Stay up-to-date with insurance trends and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
