Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Account Manager at GK Auto. The Senior Account Manager will oversee key client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and growth. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day client communication, understanding customer needs, and coordinating with internal teams such as sales, marketing, operations, and aftersales to deliver timely and high-quality solutions. The role involves monitoring account performance, preparing reports and forecasts, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and supporting contract renewals and negotiations. The Senior Account Manager will also contribute to process improvements, share market insights, and help develop strategies to strengthen GK Auto’s presence and reputation in existing and new markets. Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management, key account management, or client relationship roles, ideally within automotive, consumer goods, or related industries.
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and presentation, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid capabilities in sales planning, forecasting, and pipeline management, including experience with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, finance, aftersales) to meet client and business objectives.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and digital communication platforms; comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or regional languages is an advantage.
- Experience in the Middle East automotive market or familiarity with dealer and distributor networks is a plus.
