BASIC FUNCTION
The Associate Business Analyst will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that business requirements are clearly understood, documented, and translated into effective solutions. The Associate Business Analyst supports the analysis, design, and implementation of business processes and systems that improve operational efficiency and deliver value to internal and external customers.
The role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects concurrently. The Associate Business Analyst will assist in gathering requirements, performing data analysis, preparing documentation, and supporting testing and implementation activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Serve as a point of contact between business users, project managers, and technical teams to facilitate clear communication and understanding of business needs.
· Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, workflows, and processes.
· Assist in developing business cases, process maps, and functional specifications.
· Support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities to ensure timely delivery of business initiatives.
· Conduct data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
· Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to the development of recommendations that align with business objectives.
· Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, validating results, and documenting findings.
· Assist in the creation of training materials, process documentation, and user guides.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new systems or processes.
· Maintain accurate and organized documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or related roles.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data analysis tools.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to comprehend business requirements and propose solutions based on supported technologies and organizational processes.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
