Position Summary

We're seeking an energetic and skilled UI/UX Designer with a passion for delivering data-driven, user-centered design solutions to join a well-established and world-renowned Association. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, excellent storytelling ability, and experience leading or participating in design sprints and facilitating workshops in fast-paced environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that design decisions align with business goals and user needs, all while maintaining adherence to the company's brand and design system.

Main Responsibilities

• Leading the end-to-end design process and working closely with business stakeholders, product managers, technology team, and to ship impactful products that meet user needs and business goals.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and strategy.
• Take multiple design perspectives into account and unify them to ensure consistent user experience across different products while aligning with the company's overall brand.
• Optimize designs based on data insights, including user research, analytics, usability testing, and A/B testing.
• Present design to stakeholders, articulating the value of design decisions and goals.
• Facilitate and/or participate in design sprints, workshops, and critiques to collaborate with cross-functional teams and continuously refine design solutions.
• Actively soliciting feedback from peers and cross-functional stakeholders through the product design lifecycle.
• Advocate user-centered design principles and ensure accessibility standards are met.
• Efficiently organizing, managing, and adapting to changing priorities.
• Provide basic front-end development support in technical implementation.

Experience and Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in UI/UX Design with a focus on enterprise web applications.
• Strong expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, and others.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, accessibility guidelines, and the latest trends in UX/UI design.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate design vision and strategy to stakeholders.
• Experience in leading design sprints, workshops, design sessions and critiques in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Be proficient with web standards, cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and progressive enhancement strategies (mobile-first design).
• Experience in customer-facing or consulting roles with a focus on UX design.
• Prior experience leading design and user experience for projects.
• Portfolio must have.
