Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Executive Administration Assistant at Fuel Economy Solutions Pty Ltd. The role involves tasks such as providing administrative assistance, communicating with stakeholders, delivering excellent customer service, and handling basic accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage schedules, handle correspondence, organise meetings, and assist with documentation and reporting.
- Customer Sales & Support Assistance: Help with customer sales and support inquiries to ensure excellent service and responsiveness.
- Finance & Purchasing Assistance: Support with payables, track expenses, and assist with purchase orders and supplier coordination.
- Inventory Coordination: Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management tasks.
- Marketing Support: Help execute marketing activities, coordinate campaigns, and manage communications.
- Supplier & Customer Liaison: Assist in maintaining supplier relationships.
- General Business Support: Provide assistance with compliance documentation, internal processes, and business development tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant, administration, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience supporting senior management across multiple business functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive problem solver with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
