Customer Success Specialist in CRM at FitnessKPI
FitnessKPI is looking for a committed CRM Specialist to join our innovative team. This role is crucial in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by paying close attention to their needs and leveraging our industry-leading B2B SaaS solutions in the fitness sector. Responsibilities:
- Act as a communication bridge between the technical team and clients.
- Assist with the initial setup and onboarding of new clients.
- Measure and enhance customer satisfaction, extend customer lifecycle, and increase referrals.
- Identify client needs, manage suggestions, and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Build trust through open and interactive communication, ensuring clients fully utilize the features of FitnessCRM.
- Enhance customer loyalty and generate revenue through additional service sales and client referrals.
- Conduct individual and group consultancy and training sessions, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) in this domain.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in CRM configuration (HubSpot, Salesforce, High Level, Clientify, Pipedrive, etc.).
- Team player with a responsible attitude.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficiency in English (Strong ability to lead client meetings and deliver training sessions with confidence and ease is essential ).
- Commitment to the project and eagerness to grow within the company.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with CRM software.

This is a remote position open to candidates worldwide.
