Findex has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and professional People Effectiveness Business Partner to join the People & Culture team. This role is a full-time ongoing position and has flexibility to be based anywhere in Australia. What will your typical week look like?
- Development and implementation of divisional people strategies that align to People Balanced Scorecard and High-Performance culture metrics.
- Support, coach and develop people leaders to have high quality conversations around team member performance
- Drive a values based high performance culture that enhances business performance, provides commercial P&C performance uplift and effectively manages risk
- Plan, organise and direct reviews in to key P&C processes and policies here to Findex and lead change implementation
- Collect, analyse and deliver data insights to key stakeholders
- Develop process maps and standards and deliver training and insights to key members

Let’s talk about you! You are someone with…
- Industrial/Employee relations or Human Resources Degree with extensive experience in Employee Relations, preferably in a growing and dynamic, or consulting environment
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Ability to develop positive relationships with key stakeholders and clients
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to work independently or as part of a team
The salary range for this role is between $85,000 - $95,000 (inclusive of superannuation).
