UX Designer

Our client is seeking a UX Designer to join their team. As a UX Designer, you will be part of the internal design and development department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: UX Designer Location: Remote Pay rate: $60 to $65 hourly on w2 What's the Job?

• Lead the design and redesign of internal digital platforms and tools, collaborating with design leads and leadership.
• Partner with Research teams to execute and analyze comprehensive user research to uncover employee pain points and workflow challenges.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and experience blueprints for internal systems.
• Craft intuitive interfaces that simplify complex workflows and enhance user efficiency.
• Create and manage project design systems in Figma, ensuring usability and design consistency across projects.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, product design, graphic design, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a UX/UI designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping software such as Figma.
• Experience in creating detailed user journey maps and user flows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate across functions.
