Senior Business Analyst (Contract-to-Hire) – FULLY REMOTEMUST BE A USA CITIZEN

We’re partnering with a leading healthcare organisation undergoing a major enterprise transformation. They need experienced BAs who can bring structure, clarity, and control across both business and technology.

This is gap-filling + capability building in a complex, high-visibility environment.

What You’ll Do

• Own process mapping across key business areas - bringing clarity where it doesn’t exist
• Lead requirements gathering with stakeholders across business and technology
• Produce high-quality BRDs and documentation that actually drive delivery
• Act as the bridge between business and tech, ensuring nothing gets lost in translation
• Support and drive UAT, validating that solutions meet real business needs
• Bring structure to unclear, undefined processes and improve how teams operate

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in complex, enterprise environments
• Ability to go beyond documentation - owning process clarity and outcomes
• Experience working across both business and technical stakeholders
• Background in healthcare, PBM, or insurance environments
• Understanding of PBM operations, pharmacy workflows, or NCPDP standards (highly desirable)

Tools & Environment

• Process Mapping: Visio, Lucid (or similar)
• Documentation: BRDs, functional specs
• UAT / Testing ownership
• PBM systems, pharmacy data flows
• Broader healthcare / insurance platforms
