Our client’s mission is to provide customers with the best deals through innovation, price transparency, and sustainable production. We are seeking skilled Customer Experience Specialists who will be responsible for answering customer questions pertaining to product information, order statuses, tracking information, returns and exchanges, etc. REWARDS

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working with computer and web-based tools
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service/support or a role requiring strong writing skills
  • Experience with customer service platforms like Shopify, Zendesk, or Gorgias is a preferred
  • Comfortable working remotely in a distraction-free environment
  • Open availability, including weekends and key holidays
  • Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a preferred

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers over the phone, chat, email, and social media regarding order tracking, returns, product details, and account information
  • Manage multiple customer interaction channels efficiently
  • Provide best-in-class service while working in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to improve retention and satisfaction
  • Convert negative customer experiences into positive interactions
  • Maintain key performance metrics, including CSAT, customer retention, response time, and daily customer interactions
