Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our Sales, Travel Design, and Marketing teams. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for travel, creativity, and client service, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across diverse tasks and projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Travel Design Support

  • Assist Travel Designers with proposal development and itinerary formatting
  • Help prepare client travel documents and pre-departure materials
  • Support the sales process by responding to client inquiries and gathering information
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and sales reports

Concierge & Client Support

  • Provide concierge assistance, including dining reservations, activity suggestions, and on-the-ground coordination
  • Handle last-minute client requests with efficiency and grace
  • Monitor active trips and liaise with partners to ensure smooth travel experiences

Marketing Coordination

  • Assist in the design and distribution of newsletters and email campaigns
  • Contribute to social media planning and content scheduling (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Help maintain and update website content and marketing materials
  • Research industry trends and competitor activity to inspire creative marketing initiatives

General Support

  • Liaise with preferred suppliers to request marketing assets and product updates
  • Organise internal assets including image libraries and content folders
  • Provide general administrative support to the Sales & Marketing departments as needed

Requirements

  • Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office ; experience with Canva, Adobe, or CRM/email marketing tools is a plus
  • Passion for luxury travel and storytelling
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and client-first mindset
  • Ability to meet deadlines and take ownership of projects
