Real Estate Assistant (Part-Time / Remote)
Location: Remote (Miami-based real estate agent)
Hours: Flexible, part-time (a few hours per week)
Compensation: Based on experience
About the Role
Seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support a top-performing luxury real estate professional specializing in luxury new developments and residential sales. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and wants to gain exposure to the world of high-end real estate.
Key Responsibilities
• Organize and manage daily workflow — including prospect lists, client databases, and pipelines.
• Track leads, buyers, and sales progress in Excel or CRM systems.
• Manage follow-ups via email, text, and scheduling tools to ensure consistent communication.
• Assist with client correspondence and maintain organized email communication.
• Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
• Help with data entry, transaction tracking, and basic administrative tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.
Requirements
• Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently, remotely, and efficiently manage time.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools or CRMs.
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred (but not required)
• Previous experience in real estate, marketing, or administrative support.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, etc.).
• Real estate license (helpful but not required).
