CXC are looking for a Finance Process & Documentation Analyst - EMEA for a 6 - 9 months contract.
The role is remote.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process Documentation: Map out, document, and standardize existing finance operational processes
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance teams & operational teams, and senior management to understand workflows, dependencies, and pain points.
- Gap Analysis & Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and risks in current processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Technology & Systems Documentation: Document how financial systems (ie Certinia, Merit Payroll & Excel-based models) interact with each other and finance workflows.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop clear SOPs, process maps, and training materials for finance teams.
- Support implementation of process improvements by coordinating with finance and IT teams.
YOU ARE
- Finance Background: Experience in finance operations, financial reporting, or accounting.
- Process Documentation Skills: Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart,) and documenting workflows.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, or similar ERP systems.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze processes and suggest efficiency improvements.
- Attention to Detail: Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience working with finance & cross functional teams and senior leadership.
- Regulatory Awareness: Understanding of financial compliance and internal controls.
- Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex finance processes into clear, structured documentation.
- Confident self starter with strong interpersonal and organisation skills
