Visual Designer | $70/hr | Remote

Position: Visual Designers Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $50–$70/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities

• Write, review, and validate prompt-based questions used to train AI systems.
• Apply visual design expertise to ensure prompts reflect real-world graphic and UI design workflows.
• Evaluate AI-generated visual outputs for accuracy, aesthetics, and practical relevance.
• Structure design-focused prompts and responses to support multi-modal AI training.
• Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to refine and improve design-related tasks.

Requirements

• Strong experience in visual design, including graphic design or UI design.
• Ability to produce and assess high-quality visual assets such as websites, applications, or brand materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with prompt-based workflows or exposure to generative AI tools.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer and ability to share screen during interviews.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design fundamentals and aesthetics.
