Compensation: $60–$80/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Minimum 15 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Design high-quality questions related to teller operations, customer transactions, and banking procedures.
• Evaluate AI responses for transactional accuracy, compliance, and customer service logic.
• Apply banking workflows, cash handling standards, and operational controls to AI training tasks.
• Ensure outputs reflect real-world frontline banking operations and professional standards.
• Collaborate asynchronously with research teams supporting AI model development.

Requirements

• Strong years of full-time experience as a bank teller.
• Strong professional background in retail banking or customer-facing financial services roles.
• Excellent written communication and operational reasoning skills.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
