Position: Financial Modeling Expert

Type: Hourly contract (Part-time)

CompensationLocation: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Design and build robust financial modeling tasks using clearly referenced source documents and data inputs.
• Create detailed prompts and execution plans that enable AI systems to construct models from scratch.
• Develop gold-standard reference models and objective evaluation rubrics covering accuracy, structure, and financial rigor.
• Construct advanced models across core domains including DCF with WACC, trading comparables, precedent transactions, and integrated three-statement models.
• Build complex transaction models such as LBOs, mergers, REIT conversions, sale-leasebacks, and bespoke deal structures.
• Perform detailed due diligence analyses, including unit economics and cohort-based assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment throughout the task lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong experience in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and deal modeling across multiple transaction types.
• Strong experience building integrated three-statement models, DCFs, LBOs, and bespoke transaction models from the ground up.
• Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly document methodologies.
• Strong experience sourcing and referencing financial data from primary filings and structured data sources.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality output in a remote, asynchronous environment.
