Financial Analyst - CFP Preferred | Remote

Position: Personal Finance Advisor / Certified Financial Planner®

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $50 - $110/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Review realistic financial planning scenarios covering budgeting, debt, retirement, and savings strategies.
• Evaluate AI-generated financial advice for clarity, suitability, and practical application.
• Outline advisory approaches including client conversations, goal prioritization, and tradeoff analysis.
• Develop actionable financial rules and frameworks used in real-world client scenarios.
• Provide structured written feedback to improve AI-driven financial guidance.
• Identify compliance, regulatory, and risk considerations within financial recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI-supported financial planning tools.

Requirements

• Strong experience in client-facing financial planning or advisory roles.
• Expertise in budgeting, cash-flow planning, debt management, and retirement planning.
• CFP® certification or equivalent financial planning credentials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
• Strong commitment to fiduciary standards and compliance practices.
• Proven ability to solve complex financial problems with practical solutions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
