Position: Set and Exhibit Designer

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $70–$120/hour (based on experience and location)

Location: Remote

Duration: 6–8 weeks (subject to change, with potential extension)

Commitment: 15–25 hours/week

Role Responsibilities (Training support and guidelines will be provided)

• Review and evaluate AI-generated content related to set and exhibit design.
• Provide professional expertise on spatial layout, design accuracy, and aesthetics.
• Develop prompts, rubrics, and creative feedback to guide AI model improvement.
• Apply industry knowledge to ensure designs reflect real-world standards and practices.
• Work independently and asynchronously with flexible working hours.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience as a Set Designer, Exhibit Designer, or related role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing theatrical, exhibition, or commercial design projects.
• Deep understanding of materials, space planning, lighting, and user experience in set/exhibit contexts.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills to provide constructive design feedback.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks are not supported).
