CAD Architect | $65/hr Remote

Position: Architectural Design & CAD Expert

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $19–$65/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle architectural design workflows using Rhino3D and Vectorworks.
• Develop and refine detailed 3D models while maintaining design integrity.
• Manage files, layers, and documentation for effective project coordination.
• Produce accurate plans, sections, elevations, and construction documents.
• Share design rationale and workflows to support AI training and team clarity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex design and modeling challenges.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on expertise in Rhino3D and Vectorworks.
• Strong understanding of architectural technical workflows and documentation.
• Experience translating design concepts into construction-ready drawings.
• Excellent file coordination and organizational skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfortable collaborating remotely and explaining design decisions.
