We are building a dedicated commercial function focused on larger opportunities, multi-site operators and national brands. Organisations with complex parking environments, higher volumes, and strategic commercial needs.
This new channel allows Creative to serve a broader market. With a strong reputation, proven technology, and decades of experience behind us, we are now positioned to help larger clients unlock commercial value, improve compliance, and create seamless parking experiences at scale.
That’s where the Regional Commercial Manager comes in.
This role sits at the heart of our new enterprise acquisition strategy. You’ll operate as a consultative hunter, identifying commercially meaningful sites, displacing competitors, and creating multi-site relationships that shape Creative’s future. This isn’t a transactional sales role. It’s strategic, relationship-led, and commercially disciplined.
You’ll manage a sizeable pipeline, partner closely with our Commercial Development Executives, and lead conversations with senior decision-makers.

Role responsibilities
1. Own and Grow Your Territory
- Take full ownership of a defined region (South / Midlands / North).
- Build a strategic view of high-value car parks and multi-site opportunities within your territory.
- Identify sites across retail, hospitality, leisure, property, and national operator environments.
- Proactively self-generate high-quality opportunities.
- Work closely with our Commercial Development Executives to maintain a healthy flow of qualified meetings.
- Run structured discovery conversations with senior-level stakeholders (e.g. Property Directors, Asset Managers, Estates Leads).
- Understand operational, commercial, and compliance drivers behind each site.
- Shape tailored proposals based on insight, data, and long-term commercial value.
2. Create and Manage a Strong Pipeline
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline that includes:
▫ Short-cycle opportunities – typically independent sites where decisions move quickly.
▫ Mid-cycle multi-site opportunities – regional groups, property portfolios, and multi-site operators.
▫ Long-cycle strategic accounts – complex, head-office-led negotiations with national brands.
- Progress each tier appropriately, ensuring a balance of immediate wins, mid-term conversions, and long-term strategic pursuits.
- Maintain clear pipeline visibility so both you and the business understand where each opportunity sits within the journey.
3. Lead High-Level Commercial Discussions and Business Case Development
- Navigate complex commercial conversations with senior stakeholders, including property directors, asset managers and executive-level decision-makers.
- Develop well-reasoned business cases that clearly articulate commercial value, operational impact, and strategic benefit.
- Work with internal teams to align pricing, payback, and commercial viability, ensuring solutions meet both client needs and Creative’s commercial standards.
- Manage negotiations with confidence, clarity, and commercial discipline, balancing long-term client value with company growth objectives.
4. Contribute to a High-Performance Culture
- Partner closely with the Commercial Development team to improve qualification and conversion.
- Feed insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence back into the commercial strategy.
- Help shape a team culture built on trust, ownership, high standards, and continuous improvement.
6. Maintain Commercial and Operational Excellence
- Ensure proposals, documentation, and commercial models are accurate and aligned with client needs.
- Maintain consistent forecasting and pipeline visibility.
- Represent Creative Car Park professionally in meetings, site visits.
- Attend relevant industry events, exhibitions, or networking opportunities to build visibility and uncover new opportunities.
Required Experience and Capabilities – ESSENTIAL
- Proven experience in B2B field sales, business development, or enterprise acquisition.
- Confidence managing large or complex pipelines with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong consultative sales capability (structured discovery, insight generation, influencing).
- Experience engaging senior decision-makers such as directors, asset managers, and property leads.
- Experience displacing an incumbent supplier or selling in competitive environments.
- Strong commercial acumen. Able to model value, discuss ROI/payback, and assess commercial viability.
- Experience developing and presenting business cases for internal stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate high-level negotiations with clarity and confidence.
- High levels of autonomy, resilience, and personal drive.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and digital tools to support outreach and research.
- Intermediate Excel skills for reviewing commercial models and basic financial forecasting.
- Strong PowerPoint skills for building clear, high-quality proposals and delivering compelling presentations.
- Car and full UK driving licence.
