Program Director
Concorde Health, Inc. | Remote | Independent Contractor | Hourly
About Concorde Health
Concorde Health is a behavioral governance and GLP-1 medication management company serving self-insured employers. Our platform, ConcordeRx, is the only solution in the market that conditions medication subsidies on verified behavioral engagement — binding coaching compliance directly to employer-funded medication access. We are a lean, fast-moving team coming off a Seed financing and entering an active growth phase.
Role Overview
The Program Director is the operational and clinical backbone of the ConcordeRx member experience. This role owns the end-to-end delivery of our behavioral coaching program: managing the coach panel, ensuring member engagement and accountability, maintaining program fidelity, and serving as the primary liaison between employer clients and Concorde's operational infrastructure. The Program Director reports directly to the COO.
Responsibilities
- Manage a panel of contracted behavioral health coaches, including scheduling, quality oversight, performance feedback, and onboarding of new coaches
- Own member engagement funnel from eligibility through active participation — tracking intake completion, session cadence, habit adherence, and weigh-in compliance
- Serve as primary point of contact for employer HR/benefits contacts during program launch and ongoing delivery
- Lead coach team syncs, distribute SOPs, and enforce billing and documentation standards
- Monitor and report program KPIs (engagement rate, session completion, behavioral milestone achievement, dropout flags) to COO and client contacts
- Coordinate with the platform and operations team to translate program rules into system configuration
- Identify and escalate member or coach situations that require intervention
- Support proposal and renewal conversations with client-facing program data and outcome summaries
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in health coaching program management, care coordination, or behavioral health operations
- Prior experience managing a contractor or coaching workforce preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing with employer HR and benefits teams
- Highly organized with experience managing member trackers, SOPs, and team documentation
- Familiarity with GLP-1 medications, obesity management, or weight loss programs a strong plus
- Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment with evolving tools and processes
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in public health, nutrition, health administration, or related field preferred
Compensation
Hourly rate commensurate with experience. Remote independent contractor engagement.
