🚀 We’re Hiring: Full Stack Developer (AI-First Mindset)

💼 Fixed Term Full Time | 🌏 100% Remote (Australia) | 💰 $110–$140K + Super p.a. equivalent

📅 Initial full-time fixed term: 12 months, with potential to go permanent

Code Heroes is on the lookout for a Full Stack Developer who not only writes clean, scalable code, but also designs systems that work with and supervise AI. If you're excited about the future of AI-native development and want to be part of a collaborative, agile team, we’d love to meet you.

🧩 About the Role

This isn’t just a build-and-ship gig. We’re building apps with AI at the core — so you’ll play a key role in designing systems that integrate and supervise AI logic, not just frontends.

You'll work closely with designers, product owners, and fellow devs to ship high-quality mobile and cloud-based applications using Flutter, React, AWS, AI dev tools and more.

✅ What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and develop mobile and web applications
• Collaborate with a remote team to build AI-aware systems
• Write clean, testable, maintainable code
• Set up CI/CD and automate everything (especially testing)
• Track and validate AI outputs to ensure quality and relevance
• Participate in agile ceremonies and fast feedback loops
• Use tools like Cursor, Windsurf, and other modern AI-enhanced platforms

🧠 What You BringMust-Have:

• 3+ years commercial software development experience
• 1+ years AI development experience
• Ability to think like a system designer, not just a coder
• Strong collaboration and communication in async, remote teams

Nice-to-Have:

• Flutter development experience
• React/React Native development experience
• Experience with AWS, CI/CD, and automated testing
• Firebase experience
• Appium experience
• Accessibility (A11y) experience
• Experience fine-tuning or integrating AI tools
• Strong documentation habits — especially for AI-human handoffs
