• Position: Stylists & Personal Shoppers – Independent Contractor, Remote
• Commitment: ~20 hours per week, Duration: 5 weeks
• Collaborate with a leading AI research lab. Design and evaluate advanced shopping-assistant AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic shopper profiles
• Create high-quality prompts
• Develop rigorous evaluation rubrics for product-recommendation tasks
• Collaborate with AI researchers to improve system accuracy

Requirements / QualificationsMust-Have Qualifications

• 3+ years in celebrity or editorial styling, retail buying/merchandising, or e-commerce category management
• Expertise in trend spotting and brand benchmarking
• Ability to translate shopper needs into product recommendations
• Proficiency in creating retail assets like inventory scorecards and campaign-ROI reports
• Excellent written English and attention to detail

Engagement Details

• Start Date: Aug 10th
• Hourly Rate: $35–$50/hr (USD), depending on experience
• Bonus Structure: Top performers earn $5k+ in bonuses
• Status: Independent Contractor
• Payment: Weekly via Stripe Connect
• Schedule: Fully remote and asynchronous
