About the role

We are a fast-growing organisation committed to transforming the automotive industry and becoming the leading Automotive CRM Champion. Built on Salesforce, our innovative solutions help retailers streamline operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive business growth.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of new, cutting-edge products into the automotive industry. In this role, you will work directly with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to drive Agile delivery and ensure the successful implementation of solutions built on Salesforce.

This position requires a blend of industry knowledge and Agile project management skills. Salesforce expertise is a bonus.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
• Manage customer delivery from project scoping through execution and 30-day post-go-live support
• Collaborate with product teams, Solution Architects and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and drive the successful adoption of new solutions.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and roadmaps while keeping all stakeholders aligned.
• Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce-based solutions into automotive businesses.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to customers and our leadership team.
• Travel frequently to customer sites for consultations, implementations, and progress reviews.

We are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in Agile project management, preferably in a customer-facing role.
• Strong background in Salesforce implementation and integration.
• Prior experience in the automotive industry (preferably dealership experience) would be an advantage
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical execution.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work remotely while maintaining high engagement and accountability.
• Strong work ethic, a self-starter with a proactive approach
