The Graphic Designer is an indispensable supporting project team member with a focus on a specific discipline. Project contributions are generally task-oriented, as the Graphic Designer will develop initial concepts and refine design iterations for projects in addition to general department duties. The Graphic Designer contributes to the cultivation of client relationships while building trust as an advisor in their discipline. This role requires an exceptional eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This is an Environmental Graphics position. We're looking for someone with 3D experience.

As a Graphic Designer, you will…

• Create and execute final graphic artwork for various mediums in both 2D and 3D forms (physical and environments along with some digital)
• Have an understanding of the physical materials for which you are creating designs
• Ensure that designs align with brand standards
• Partner with other disciplines within ChangeUp and our client teams to prepare files for final release
• Retouch imagery
• Integrate brand messaging, color, imagery, type, and composition into deliverables with exceptional precision
• Build trust internally and externally as an advisor in your discipline

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Graphic or Communication Design
• A minimum of 3 years experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (with CAD tools plugin), InDesign, and Photoshop
• An understanding of the latest trends and their role in commercial and retail environments
• Ability to produce creative environmental, digital, and print solutions across multiple 2D and 3D applications
• An enthusiasm and growth mindset for solving complex human challenges using design and a demonstrated ability to tell compelling brand stories
• Bonus Points if:
• You have previous retail design experience
