🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Support procurement and sourcing activities across assigned categories and business functions.
• Analyze spending patterns, supplier performance, and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist in supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Develop and maintain procurement reports, category insights, and purchasing analyses.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and business objectives.
• Support contract management, vendor onboarding, and procurement compliance processes.
• Monitor inventory, purchasing performance, and supplier delivery timelines where applicable.
• Participate in strategic sourcing initiatives and process improvement projects.
• Prepare presentations, forecasts, and recommendations for procurement and management teams.
• Stay updated with market conditions, industry trends, and procurement best practices.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or procurement reporting tools.
• Familiarity with procurement processes, sourcing strategies, or supply chain operations is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle data accurately.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or vendor management is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical and business skills are encouraged to apply.
