Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role based in Lewisville, TX City, for a Human Resources Payroll Administrator. The Payroll Administrator will handle payroll processing, administer employee benefits, ensure compliance with HR policies, and maintain HRIS systems. Daily tasks include managing payroll operations, processing employee benefits, updating HR records, and assisting with HR-related inquiries.
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources (HR), HR Policies, and Employee Benefits
- Proficiency in Payroll Administration and HRIS systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and on-site in Kansas City, MO
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
