Job Title:Scrum Master (Salesforce Programme – CPQ Focus)

Location: REMOTE - (occasional trips to London)

Day Rate: £500 p/d

IR35 Status: Outside IR35

Contract Length: Until end of May 2026

Start Date: Mid/ End September 2025

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a large-scale Salesforce programme with a strong focus on CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) delivery. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving Agile ways of working across multiple Salesforce projects, ensuring effective sprint delivery, team coaching, and programme-level coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Act as a servant leader, coaching delivery teams in Agile best practices.
• Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Technical Leads to maintain prioritised and well-groomed backlogs.
• Remove blockers and dependencies to support continuous delivery.
• Provide transparent reporting on progress, risks, and dependencies to programme leadership.
• Champion collaboration across onshore and offshore delivery teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven Scrum Master experience across large-scale Salesforce programmes.
• Strong delivery experience on CPQ projects.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and scaling practices.
• Background working across multiple Salesforce projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience at both project and programme level delivery.
