Buso Audio Hungary KFT is actively seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a full-time position, focusing on our specialized field of manufacturing and selling pro audio and studio furniture to industry experts and studio professionals.

Responsibilities as a valued team member:

• Manage customer support inquiries through e-mail, chat, and phone calls, with a primary focus on pro audio and studio-related queries.
• Coordinate shipments in collaboration with our freight partners.
• Collaborate closely with the designer and production team to provide technical assistance tailored to pro audio and studio furniture requirements.
• Provide updates and assistance to customers concerning shipping, assembly, and resolution of any concerns or complaints.
• Identify recurring issues and proactively propose solutions to minimize customer support requests.

What we’re looking for:

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Hungarian.
• Outstanding communication skills. especially in addressing the complex needs of pro audio experts and studio professionals.
• Ability to learn and adapt to our constantly developing company environment.
• Strong and independent decision-making skills.

Great to have:

• Pro audio recording, mixing, mastering experience, showcasing your in-depth understanding of the specific needs and preferences of our clients in the music industry.
• Additional language skills in French, Spanish, Italian, or German.
