Position Summary
We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist with a strong administrative and strategic background.
Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for United Stated based positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and creating offer work ups for approval.
- Manage a comprehensive onboarding program to facilitate a smooth and positive new hire experience.
- Assist with benefits administration and maintain accurate employee records.
- Stay up to date on federal and US employment laws and regulations.
- Partner with leadership on various HR projects and initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies.
- Administer HR programs related to employee engagement, benefits, leave, employee relations, and performance management.
- Work closely with payroll on various transactions, including salary updates, corrections, benefits, garnishments, and deductions.
- General HR Duties: Support all HR functions and program management daily including, general administrative tasks, L & D software, compliance, and training initiatives.
- Advanced Computer Skills: leverage your expertise in Excel, Sharepoint and google docs to analyze data, create reports, and streamline HR processes.
- Address employment-related inquiries and escalate to manager for complex matters as needed.
- Maintain awareness of HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through communication and an open-door policy.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR generalist experience, with a strong focus on full-cycle recruiting.
- Proficient understanding of federal and United States employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace change.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (including 365).
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in the Legal industry is a plus.
