BRCKS is looking for a part-time Outreach & Customer Success person to help us win and keep customers. We build project management software for UK construction teams. The problem we're solving is simple: too much project information disappears into WhatsApp threads, calls, email chains, and memory. BRCKS brings that work into one place without forcing teams to change how they already communicate. This role is part outreach, part customer success, and part general commercial support. You'll be comfortable doing cold outreach to generate your own pipeline, running demos, onboarding new customers, and keeping accounts moving. The basics - UK-based preferably - 2 days per week - SaaS outreach and customer success experience required - Construction or site-based experience is a bonus, not a must What you'll do Run cold outreach to generate pipeline when inbound is quiet. Follow up with inbound leads when they come in. Book and run demos. Help new customers get set up. Stay close to accounts in the early stages so they don't go quiet. You'll also keep our CRM tidy, make sure next steps are clear, flag accounts that need attention, and help us build a cleaner, more repeatable commercial process. What we're looking for You're organised, calm, personable, and commercially switched on. You can speak clearly with customers, keep momentum after a conversation, and make people feel looked after without becoming fluffy or vague. You should be comfortable with: - Cold outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone - Following up consistently - Running demos and customer calls - Onboarding new users - Keeping notes, next steps, and pipeline organised - Speaking with builders, subcontractors, project managers, and similar practical customer groups How to apply Apply through LinkedIn with a short note about why this role suits you.
