At BrainSource, we’re all about connecting the right people with the right opportunities. While our main business focuses on tailored recruitment solutions, we also take on various one-off projects for clients across multiple industries—ranging from blue-collar roles to C-level hires.

To help us tackle these ad-hoc recruitment projects, we’re looking for freelance recruiters who want to earn extra income alongside their full-time jobs while using their own resources. If you’ve got an eye for talent and enjoy the thrill of making great hires, this could be a perfect side gig for you.

What’s the Role About?

• This is a freelance, commission-only position. No base salary, no fixed hours—just you, your skills, and the potential to earn based on successful placements.
• You’ll work on varied recruitment projects, depending on what comes through our pipeline. Some weeks may be quiet, while others may be busier.
• We cover all kinds of roles—blue-collar, white-collar, and even high-level executive searches. Every project is different, so adaptability is key.
• You work from anywhere in Europe, fully remote.

What You’ll Do

• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and your own network (you need to have these tools already as we do not provide any).
• Screen and qualify candidates to make sure they match client needs.
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates engaged.
• Work closely with our team to ensure smooth hiring processes.
• Get paid per successful placement—the more you place, the more you earn.

Who This is For

• You have experience in recruitment, headhunting, or talent sourcing—either as a recruiter, talent or HR professional, or even just someone with strong people skills.
• You’re already working full-time or part time and want to earn extra by using your recruitment skills on the side.
• You’re self-motivated, good at managing your time, and comfortable with uncertainty (this is a gig, not a steady flow of work).
• You have a good command of English and can handle both Romanian and international roles.
