We’re now scaling internationally (Europe, UK, UAE ) and are looking for a Graphic DesignerThe RoleLocation: Remote / Europe (Vilnius HQ optional)

Type: Part-time

Compensation: €1,500–€3,000 gross monthly + market leading bonuses

• Visual Asset Creation: Design UI/UX and visual elements for short, engaging web-based games.
• Prototyping: Build and refine game flows and layouts within Figma.
• AI Integration: Leverage AI design tools (Midjourney, NanoBanana, Leonardo, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to generate characters, textures, and backgrounds, significantly accelerating our production timeline.
• Brand Adaptation: Take existing brand guidelines from major retailers and translate them into fun, gamified environment.

What we are looking for

• Figma Mastery: You live and breathe Figma components, auto-layouts, and prototyping.
• AI-First Mindset: You aren’t just “aware” of AI; you actively use it to enhance your creativity and speed.
• Gamification Instinct: You understand what makes a digital interface feel fun and rewarding.
• Growth Path: This position starts as Part-Time, with a clear path to Full-Time as we scale our pilot programs.
