ASTZ Group is looking for a dedicated Live Chat Specialist to join our customer support team. In this role, you will provide real-time assistance to our subscribers via live chat. Your primary goal is to ensure a positive customer experience by delivering prompt and professional support.

This is a fully remote position with flexible, rotating shifts, including some weekends or evenings.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Respond to customer inquiries via live chat promptly and professionally.

·       Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing requests efficiently.

·       Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.

·       Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and share feedback with the team.

Qualifications:

·       Previous customer service experience (experience in live chat support is a plus).

·       Excellent written communication skills.

·       Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat sessions at once.

·       Available for flexible shifts, including weekends or evenings if required.

·       Familiarity with chat platforms and customer service tools.
