We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our fully remote team in Ireland. In this role, you will lead our social media presence, build brand awareness, and drive engagement across multiple platforms.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals and brand identity
• Manage daily content creation, scheduling, and posting across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to create content campaigns
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and KPIs, providing actionable insights
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster online community growth
• Stay up to date with trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets when needed
• Support content repurposing and collaboration with external partners or influencers

✅ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content marketing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
• Excellent written and visual communication skills
• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Canva, etc.)
• Creative mindset with ability to produce engaging content
• Analytical skills to track performance and optimize campaigns
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Must be based in Ireland with full working rights

• Experience in SaaS, tech, or e-commerce marketing
• Familiarity with paid social advertising campaigns
• Basic video editing and graphic design skills
• Experience managing influencer collaborations or community programs
• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or content marketing
