Our client, a leading global media and entertainment company, is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join their team. This role will focus on the operational side of marketing, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of episode and promotional images from external partners to the platform. - Deliver all static image assets related to upcoming content via Monday.com dashboards, and internal communication (email, Monday.com, Slack, and weekly meetings)
- Update the core ecosystem of title tracking and ensure all content is appropriately entered into our dashboard systems and any urgent issues highlighted and discussed in team meetings, or via Slack
- Cross-functionally report any delivery or image QC errors to the appropriate teams, as well as escalate technical issues to internal Support teams for resolution
- Assist in the tracking and reporting of missing images for the entire team, including follow-up with the internal Guidance team members to verify image delivery timelines and clear communication to stakeholders
- Be a point of contact for the Creative Workflow team with other internal cross functional partners to report on image statuses in meetings
You Have:
- A bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of demonstrated Project Management experience
- Experience working with an off-the-shelf or custom digital asset management platform (3rd party SaaS, or internal proprietary tool) to ingest, traffic, and process assets
- Have strong knowledge of PM software such as: Monday.com, Airtable, Smartsheets, Trello, or Basecamp
- Experience working with multiple teams; Design, Marketing, and Acquisitions Marketing
- Experience working with film, TV, music, or streaming companies (a huge PLUS)
Logistics:
- Projected Start Date: January 6th, 2025
- Duration: 3 months to start with the possibility to extend
- Hours/Week: 40 hours a week
- Onsite/offsite: Remote - Flexible to working EST or PST, as needed
- Laptop/Program Requirements: a laptop will be provided for you

- Salary/Rate: up to $38.87 per hour PAY // DOE
