What You’ll Do In this dynamic role, you will be at the heart of creative execution and strategic vision, directly influencing how a leading global entity communicates its story. You will:

  • Develop innovative design concepts for various internal departments and international teams, ensuring creative thought leadership and brand consistency across all assets.
  • Create and produce high-quality assets across an extensive range of mediums for print, digital, and video formats, adhering to advanced graphic design industry standards.
  • Deliver project assets with meticulous attention to detail, leveraging advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects).
  • Collaborate effectively with a global team operating across diverse markets and languages.
  • Coordinate with external production agencies to scale design output and maintain high-quality, brand-aligned assets.
  • Source, onboard, and manage freelance resources through agency partners, overseeing their integration into projects and supporting their workflow.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure creative output remains at the forefront of innovation.
  • Manage budgets and financial delegations related to design projects.
  • Ensure all work adheres to legal, statutory, and corporate governance policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to an inclusive workplace culture, actively supporting diversity and belonging initiatives.

What You’ll BringMust-Have Qualifications To Thrive In This Impactful Position, You Will Bring a Powerful Combination Of Creative Talent, Technical Mastery, And Leadership Experience. We Are Looking For Someone With

  • Tertiary qualifications in graphic design or a related field.
  • Minimum five years’ professional graphic design experience in an in-house studio, agency, or production environment.
  • Proven track record of successful design projects.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining brand identities.
  • Experience with budget management, strategic planning, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Advanced knowledge of design principles (typography, color theory, layout).
  • Extensive experience across both print and digital design.
  • Strong video editing and animation skills.
  • Experience mentoring junior designers and effectively working with external freelance support.
  • Moderate project management skills.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and innovative design skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
