Role Description
This is a part time, work from home, Customer Service Representative role. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play a vital role in maintaining a positive customer experience by professionally handling customer interactions and feedback. A lot of the work will be through Amazon but will also include inquiries from our Shopify website
4 hours- 5 days a week
Work from home
Within the first 6 months the role will get bigger and become more full time with days in the office as well
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Experience with Customer Experience and effectively improving Customer Relations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or a related field is a plus
- Amazon customer service experience is encouraged
