OVERVIEW:
We’re hiring for a highly organized and execution-focused Social Media Manager to lead day-to-day management of our organic social channels during a maternity leave coverage period. This role is responsible for maintaining consistency, quality, and performance across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook while operating within an established brand strategy and creative framework.
The ideal candidate is confident working independently, able to make thoughtful decisions within existing guidelines, and skilled at balancing creativity with performance-driven thinking. You will collaborate closely with design, marketing, and cross-functional partners to ensure social content supports broader brand initiatives while continuing to engage and grow our community. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands platform nuance, brand voice, and the operational discipline required to execute a high-volume, high-quality content calendar.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Own day-to-day management of organic social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Stories, Facebook)
- Plan, schedule, and publish a consistent, platform-specific content calendar using existing strategy, templates, and guidelines
- Write and execute all organic social content, including Instagram captions, on-asset copy, Story copy, and TikTok copy
- Oversee social asset creation and Social Media Graphic Designer to ensure creative aligns with briefs and brand standards
- Execute social strategy aligned with ongoing team activity and marketing initiatives
- Support reposting and coordination of UGC/microinfluencer content

EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of social media management experience
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to an established brand voice
- Familiarity with social scheduling and analytics tools
- Hands-on experience with Instagram and TikTok content planning and publishing
- Experience working cross-functionally with design, marketing, and partnerships teams
