Information Technology Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for an IT Recruiter to source, screen, and hire top technology talent across various IT domains. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end recruitment and a good understanding of technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of IT recruitment experience.
• Knowledge of IT roles and technologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools.

Preferred:

• Experience recruiting for software, cloud, cybersecurity, or data roles.
• Knowledge of UK recruitment practices and compliance.
