Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Allia Health Group. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and the ability to manage complex tasks in a fast-paced setting. This role ensures operational efficiency, high-level coordination within the technology department, and clear cross-team communication.
**This is a REMOTE opportunity. The preferred candidate will be located in the Eastern United States Time Zone.**Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support
- Schedule and manage the CTO’s calendar, prioritizing commitments and optimizing time
- Filter and prioritize incoming communications and draft responses as needed
- Coordinate travel logistics including flights, hotel, and transportation
- Process and track expenses and ensure timely submission of reports
Meeting Coordination
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and materials
- Attend meetings when requested to take detailed notes and track action items
- Serve as a point of coordination between the CTO and other departments
Project and Document Management
- Track milestones and progress for ongoing technology projects
- Organize and maintain confidential documentation and technical reports
- Assist in preparing data, presentations, and reports for senior leadership and board meetings
Strategic Support
- Support the CTO in executing strategic initiatives including product launches, technology research, and R&D efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) on technology projects
- Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and executive engagements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, ideally within a tech or startup environment
- Familiarity with technology terminology and tools such as JIRA or Asana
- Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate executive needs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Confluence)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technology, software development, or IT environments
- Understanding of Agile or Scrum project methodologies
- Knowledge of data management and reporting tools
- Experience working with teams across multiple time zones
Compensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $85,000–$90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
