What You'll Do

• Design Complex Business Challenges — Craft advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, operations bottlenecks, cap table modeling, and more
• Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Build rigorous, step-by-step responses that incorporate financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-level rationale that serve as benchmark answers for AI training
• Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional business standards
• Sharpen AI Reasoning — Identify flaws in AI logic — such as ignoring sunk costs, miscalculating WACC, or failing to account for macroeconomic variables — and deliver structured, actionable feedback
• Work Independently — Complete task-based assignments asynchronously, fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Holder of an MBA from an accredited institution
• Strong command of at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
• Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-style summaries and well-reasoned recommendations
• Naturally detail-oriented — you catch errors in financial formulas, flawed assumptions, and weak arguments
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload
• No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

• Background in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
• Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or structured feedback workflows
• Proficiency in data-driven decision tools such as Excel modeling, Tableau, or SQL
• Familiarity with AI tools or language model evaluation as an end user
