Business Transformation Project Manager

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 + Benefits

Working Pattern: Remote across the UK or Ireland. You will likely need to travel to London and there will be some international travel. The international travel will be 1-2 times per year within EMEA and/or Asia.

The role:

• End-to-end project ownership of bringing all countries into Salesforce. This includes their payroll system, finance system, client systems, timesheet invoicing and more.
• Focus on EMEA country role-outs and assisting with 2 go lives on existing projects. You will then roll out to 4 other countries.
• Liaising with internal business areas including C suite as well as external software vendors.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and under the agreed governance.
• Work with HRIS implementations.
• Collaborating across a globally distributed team, including a Lead BA, Business Owners and subject matter experts.
• They communicate asynchronously over Microsoft Teams and have 2 video meetings per week. These calls will be early morning or late at night.
• Flexible working is expected because of this. You can start earlier or finish later as long as the work is done! You manage your diary!

Your experience:

• A strong business transformation project manager with proven experience working on global projects on an end-to-end basis. You will need to have worked on projects within EMEA as a minimum but ideally globally.
• Experience delivering tech transformation projects focused on workforce management, HRIS , Vendor Management Systems or Payroll Systems.
• Experience working in Recruitment, Workforce Compliance, Managed Service Providers, Professional Services, HR or Payroll is highly desirable.
• Ideally experience with Salesforce.
• A confident speaker with a proven track record with C-Suite Stakeholder management.
• Able to build relationships remotely.
• An executor who gets stuff done!

Interview Process: 3 stages

1st Stage: Intro call with the Director of Professional Services

2nd Stage: Technical Call with the CTO, Project Manager and BA who are currently working on the programme

Final Stage: Cultural Add and Fit call with Senior stakeholders in the business.
