Business Analyst

Business Analyst required for a 6-9 month contract Remote across the UK Outside IR35. Ideally, you can start immediately but no later than 3 weeks You'll join a global HR services business. They are undergoing a major internal transformation into a global end-to-end delivery company, which is underpinned by Salesforce. Most of the project team is based in New Zealand and Australia and they are looking for a Business Analyst to work with the tech team to get the project back on track. You will be an excellent Technical Business Analyst, ideally with Salesforce experience. Your role: • Requirement Gathering • Analysis • Evaluate • Manage Systems • Develop Training & User Documentation There will be calls each week in the early morning (7-9am) and/or late evening (7-9pm) lasting around 45mins to an hour. You will work with the PM, tech team and other stakeholders to understand business requirements. Interview Process: 2 Stages over Microsoft Teams - this may be condensed into 1 stage.
