Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Contract HR Project & Training Specialist will provide temporary project, training, documentation, and change readiness support to the Human Resources department during a period of HRIS implementation and operational transition. This role will help ensure HR projects, training responsibilities, workflow documentation, and employee/manager readiness materials continue to move forward while internal HR team members remain focused on core HR operations.
This position is intended to support HR by taking on current training responsibilities, assisting with HR project work, developing process documentation, and preparing materials that support employee, manager, and HR team readiness for future-state processes.

- sTake on current HR training responsibilities during the HRIS implementation period
- .Support HR project coordination, tracking, and follow-up
- .Assist with development of end-user training materials
- .Help prepare manager and employee training resources
- .Develop workflow documentation for new or updated HR processes
- .Draft future-state standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- .Create job aids, quick reference guides, and step-by-step resource documents
- .Support development of change readiness materials
- .Assist with communication materials related to HR process or system changes
- .Track completion of training-related tasks and deliverables
- .Coordinate with HR subject matter experts to validate training and documentation content
- .Organize materials for employee, manager, and HR team use
- .Support meeting follow-ups, action items, and project documentation as needed
- .Help ensure HR processes are documented in a clear, consistent, and user-friendly format

.Purpose and Business Nee
dThis role is needed to protect HR capacity during implementation and transition work. Without dedicated support for training, documentation, and readiness, HR staff may be required to create training materials, SOPs, job aids, and workflow documentation while also managing regular operational responsibilities
.This contractor allows HR subject matter experts to provide direction and content validation without having to personally build every training resource or process document
.Minimum Qualification
- sExperience supporting Human Resources projects, training, or process documentation
- .Strong writing, documentation, and organizational skills
- .Ability to create clear training materials, SOPs, job aids, and quick reference guides
- .Ability to work with HR subject matter experts and translate process information into practical user-facing materials
- .Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables
- .Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
.Preferred Qualification
- sPrior experience supporting HRIS implementation or system change initiatives
- .Experience developing manager or employee training materials
- .Experience documenting HR workflows or operational procedures
- .Familiarity with HR functions such as onboarding, benefits, payroll, employee relations, talent management, or compliance
- .Experience supporting organizational change or process improvement efforts
