Company Description 90 Degree Benefits designs health plans that do more than deliver standard benefits—they help organizations move their business forward. With 22 offices serving 525,000 members nationwide, the company combines deep industry expertise, specialized tools, and a consultative approach to build tailored health plan solutions. The organization supports clients transitioning from fully insured plans or exploring self-funding with a new plan administrator. Its focus is on uniquely crafted benefits that align with client needs and long-term success, positioning 90 Degree Benefits as a trusted partner on the road to better health plan performance. Role Description The Health Plans Reporting Analyst is a full-time, remote role responsible for producing and maintaining data-driven reports that support health plan performance and strategic decision-making. This role includes collecting, validating, and analyzing claims, enrollment, and financial data, as well as developing regular and ad hoc reports for internal teams, clients, and leadership. The analyst will interpret trends, identify variances, and provide insights to improve plan design, cost management, and member outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve collaborating with finance, operations, and account management teams, ensuring data accuracy, and presenting findings in a clear, actionable format. The role may support dashboard development, process improvement initiatives, and documentation of reporting standards and methodologies. Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify patterns and trends.
  • Experience in reporting and analysis, including building, maintaining, and automating reports and dashboards.
  • Background or familiarity with finance concepts, health plan structures, or healthcare benefits is preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau).
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Finance, Economics, Public Health, Data Science, or Business) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills in a remote work environment.
  • Experience in health insurance, third-party administration, or benefits administration is a plus.
